HeidelbergCement Selects Cornerstone OnDemand

One of the leading global producers of building materials is to roll out Cornerstone’s learning platform for ethics and compliance training. 

Cornerstone OnDemand, provider of on-demand, integrated learning and talent management software, content and services, today announced that HeidelbergCement, one of the leading global producers of building materials, has selected Cornerstone OnDemand’s solution to support the organisation’s e-learning compliance training initiatives. 

With a workforce of over 68,000 employees across 50 countries, HeidelbergCement required a functionality-rich compliance management solution that is easily configurable to evolve with business change, and highly intuitive to use.

In addition, HeidelbergCement was looking for a platform that could support future talent management initiatives such as performance management and succession planning. 

“We selected Cornerstone to ensure that we always have full insight into the status of our compliance training initiatives and that the right content is delivered to the right audience,” said Dr Albrecht Glitz, Chief Compliance Officer of HeidelbergCement.

“We chose digital spirit for custom content development, fulfilling exactly our requirements. We expect a successful initial phase of our e-learning compliance initiative due to the coordinated efforts of these two companies.”

The Cornerstone Compliance platform is an integrated part of the broad Cornerstone OnDemand talent management suite. 

Companies like HeidelbergCement use Cornerstone Compliance to track all types of ongoing and renewal-based certifications, licenses and requirements.

Supported by robust reporting and analytics, Cornerstone Compliance gives companies the visibility to track who has taken required training.
