Human resources management group HR Access has signed a partnership with flexible benefits organisation Motivano to provide a stronger HR offering.
HR Access, which is part of financial services outfit the Fidelity Group, provides multinational payroll, personnel administration and HR management software and outsourcing services.
The new partnership will enable it to supplement its existing HR management and payroll-related solutions with additional services including advanced flexible benefits systems.
Regis Kaufman, UK country manager at HR Access, said: “Our analysis suggests almost a quarter of UK companies already offer flexible benefits, with another third considering introducing some sort of scheme in this area. This is an important employee issue that our clients need to successfully address and manage.”
