HR moves: CEGA Group Services, Berwin Leighton Paisner, Wragge & Co

A round-up of the latest HR appointments.

Julie Smith has been appointed to the new role of director of human resources at emergency medical assistance and claims management provider CEGA Group Services. Smith has 15 years of global HR experience at organisations such as PepsiCo and Barclays and has run her own HR consultancy. She will be supported by an existing team of HR and training specialists.

Law firm Berwin Leighton Paisner has taken on Tim Forster as head of resourcing. Forster had previously led the employer branding communications team and, more recently, the recruitment team at professional services firm PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Karen Crossley has joined UK-based international law firm Wragge & Co as HR director. Previously, Crossley spent four years as the group HR director for financial services organisation Smith & Williamson, where she led the HR aspects of major change programmes, including opening new offices and transferring business functions between different UK offices.
