A round-up of the latest HR appointments.
Security company G4S Secure Solutions has appointed Julian Duxfield as its new regional HR director, after her three years in the same role for G4S Cash Solutions. Duxfield will take responsibility for the overall strategic leadership of the HR function for G4S Secure Solutions in the UK and Ireland and will be responsible for more than 42,000 employees. His career features HR roles at organisations such as at the Department of Transport and Carlsberg UK.

Barbara Chawner is to join security provider Octavian Security as head of HR. One of her key roles will be to oversee Octavian’s recruitment process, taking control of the vetting and screening of all potential candidates. Previously, Chawner worked in HR positions at Securicor and Serco.
Kellogg’s has appointed Nicola Morley as its UK HR director. Morley has a solid background in the financial services sector and has moved to Kellogg’s from BNY Mellon where she spent more than five years as vice president of HR. She has also previously worked as the head of learning development for Allianz Australia.
