More
than a third of HR professionals are too stressed to do their jobs.
According
to a survey of 150 HR professionals by Hrlook.com, 35 per cent of HR staff are
too stressed, more than 60 per cent are ‘very stressed’ and most companies are
doing nothing at all to alleviate the situation.
Only
8 per cent of those surveyed were not stressed by their jobs.
The
biggest cause of stress is managing redundancies – with 35 per cent rating it
as the most stressful activity – followed by apprasials and disciplinary procedures.
