Human
resources staff in the UK are totally unaware of new European laws and have
received virtually no training on how to implement them.
A
new survey of 293 HR managers found that 69 per cent did not know about the
latest diversity legislation and only 10 per cent had any training on it.
The
research, carried-out by e-learning firm Fuel, found the situation was much
worse in the private sector than it was among public organisations.
