In-house recruitment managers have been invited to have their say on their priorities for this year in order to determine some of the trends seen across the recruitment market.
The Forum for In-House Recruitment Managers (The FIRM) has launched its annual membership survey which will allow it to develop an overview of the issues in-house recruiters across different industries are experiencing, the volume of vacancies recruitment managers expect to fill this year and how recruitment is handled at their organisations.
It said the survey results will allow in-house recruiters to benchmark their data against how other organisations are performing and provide invaluable data for business decision-making.
All participants will receive a copy of a report based around the results. Two lucky participants will receive a one-year subscription to The FIRM’s Premium membership (worth £199) and a further five respondents will win £50 worth of Amazon vouchers and a pair of free tickets to a FIRM conference of their choice.
