To mark its 15th anniversary, Investors in People (IiP) has unveiled a new plaque that businesses can display to demonstrate their commitment to developing their employees.
The plaque will be available to organisations that have achieved the Investors in People standard and those undergoing reviews.

Nearly 35,000 organisations of all sizes and sectors, employing 6.7m people, are currently recognised by IiP.
Nicola Clark, head of marketing, said: “Over the past 15 years, we have been helping organisations across the UK get more from their people in line with business goals. We look forward to building on this success and seeing our plaque displayed by many more businesses in the future.”
