IT proves that HR’s lack of confidence is not unique

A survey found that 95% of XX directors believed XX was providing more demonstrable value to the business than a year ago. Ms A, who has spent 21 years in XX, warned that XX directors could not expect to be on the board of their companies unless they oversaw projects that transformed business profits. Most current measures of XX are ineffective. The XX function has to be clearly linked to organisational objectives.”
