Lloyds TSB definitely not outsourcing more HR staff

I write in response to your ‘Indian Takeaway’ news story (Personnel Today, 14 November).

The ‘source’ who expressed the view that “many more [roles] will follow” was in fact referring to roles from within the UK service industry as a whole, and not specifically from Lloyds TSB.
