MA Learning and Development ‘Top-up’ Masters degree, Thames Valley University

How long?
This one year course is offered part-time evenings, which includes 8 workshops on a Tuesday evening at our Ealing Campus or by day-release including 8 whole days (4 per semester) at our Slough Campus

Entry qualifications
Students are required to hold a PgDip in Learning and Development accredited by a UK university or equivalent. Students with a PgDip in Learning and Development, who are registered with the CIPD as graduate members and have therefore reflected on their professional practice, will normally be exempt

Modules
The course comprises TWO modules Reflection and Research Methods and the Dissertation.

Career opportunities
This course focuses on academic scholarship and your interests, personal development and independent learning. Whilst the Management Report often addresses managerial issues within the organisation, intended to improve management and organisationally functioning, this course offers you the opportunity to develop management practice by questioning and challenging existing practice.
