Michael C. Fina, the world’s first global employee reward and recognition company, has designed a bespoke incentive scheme for sales staff.
The scheme, entitled Instant Rewards, gives sales staff that achieve specific sales targets the opportunity to win incentive rewards using interactive online games.
On achieving their target, perhaps a sale on a promotional line for example, staff receive a ‘rapid confirmation code’ which will grant them access to a dedicated site where they can play the interactive games to be in with a chance of winning an incentive reward. Rewards are then issued immediately.
