Forty
workers who supply fuel for aircraft are set to strike this Friday and
Saturday, disrupting flights out of London
Heathrow Airport.
Talks
between the Transport and General union and the fuel company are being held
today in a bid to reach an agreement in the dispute over pay and pensions.
The
union wants an 11 per cent wage increase.
The
workers are drivers for AFS (H&G Fuel Contracting Services), which supplies
40 airlines.
