On the move

Unity Trust Bank has recruited Ian Wardle as director of HR. Wardle, a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, completes the bank’s senior management team and will be responsible for initiating a new HR strategy. He joins Unity from property consultants NAI Fuller Peiser, where he was head of HR.

Ian Hayward, former head of leadership development at the BBC, has joined Ashridge Business School as a member of its Leading Strategy and Change faculty.

Lyndon Hoare has been appointed head of HR at the University Partnerships Programme, an accommodation provider for students.
