Carol Bailey has been appointed as the Nursing and Midwifery Council’s head of organisational development. She was previously HR director at the Homerton Hospital in Hackney, having worked in HR within the NHS since 1991.
The Association of Graduate Recruiters, the independent employer group for UK-based graduate recruiters, has appointed three new directors to the board. Ruth Stokes, head of graduate recruitment at KPMG; Kerry Jarred, UK graduate recruitment manager at Herbert Smith; and Navjot Singh, global marketing manager of recruitment at Shell, have joined the board.
Hospitality industry recruitment company Berkeley Scott Group has appointed Lisa Blood as head of HR. She joins Berkeley Scott with 20 years’ experience in HR, coupled with extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry. Her previous role was as HR manager with the Laurel Pub Company.
