Iron Mountain Europe, the records and information management com-pany, has appointed Kay Penney as group HR director. Penney will spearhead the recruitment drive for a major pan-European business expansion, which will take place over the next five years. She also plans to create national HR teams in all Iron Mountain’s major European markets.
Business communications consultancy Financial Dynamics International (FDI) has appointed Natasha Flores (pictured) as international head of HR. In this new role, Flores will work directly with FDI’s senior management team as the consultancy continues to grow internationally following its management buy-out last year.
Diane Boon has joined national healthcare provider HealthSure, taking responsibility for operations, processes and health and safety throughout the business. Boon brings a wealth of business experience to the role, having spent 27 years working in customer service and commercial development management.
