On the move: Alison Gilbert, James Grewer, and Mark Pearce

Catering company Charlton House has appointed Alison Gilbert as HR director. Formerly head of HR for the Baxter Storey Group, Gilbert will be responsible for the HR needs of 1,900 staff.

James Grewer has been appointed head of HR at computer game retailer Gamestation, where he had been HR services manager. Grewer will oversee Gamestation’s HR team.

Mark Pearce has been promoted to group head of HR at property developer SEGRO, where he was previously head of HR for UK and continental Europe. Pearce’s responsibilities will include delivery of the HR strategy and services.
