On the move: James Moore, Tony van Kralingen and Phil Howe

James Moore has been promoted to head of workforce modernisation and development at the Welsh Ambulance Services NHS Trust. His focus will include helping to develop a learning culture, ensuring that line managers are supported to improve their people management skills, and continuing to drive the staff survey action plan.

Tony van Kralingen has been appointed director of HR and supply chain for the SABMiller Group. He was previously managing director and chairman of SAB Ltd. Van Kralingen will focus on ensuring that the group maximises value through leveraging its global scale.

Phil Howe has been promoted from HR manager (pay and performance) to assistant chief executive (HR) at Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council. He will be responsible for developing and implementing the workforce strategy.
