Jo Dunne and James Stephenson have joined food ingredients giant Tate & Lyle from real estate services company Lend Lease. Dunne becomes head of strategic talent management, and Stephenson becomes head of compensation and benefits. Both will report to Corry Willy, the group’s HR director.
Mark Fisher, currently business strategy director of Jobcentre Plus, will succeed Christopher Duff as
the new chief executive of the Sector Skills Development Agency. Fisher will start work in his new role in October, and will have
overall responsibility for the strategic direction of the agency. Before he joined Jobcentre Plus, Fisher was the HR director for the Department of Social Security (now DWP).
MVRA, the motor repair industry association, has appointed Victoria Wilson as its first full-time HR adviser. Before joining the association, Wilson worked as HR adviser for Siemens Energy Services.
