Greater Manchester Police has appointed Julia Rogers as assistant chief officer) for change and HR. Rogers, a Sandhurst graduate, joins from the Co-operative Group, where she was director of group services. She will be responsible for HR, learning and development and Greater Manchester Police’s strategic change programme.

Alastair Clegg has joined Notting Hill Housing as group corporate services director. His remit will include HR. Clegg joins from the Royal Courts of Justice, where he was a director.
Goodyear Dunlop has appointed Erica Stocks as training and organisational development manager. Stocks joins from health food retailer Holland & Barrett, where she held a similar role. Her new responsibilities will centre on the company’s commitment to associate development, particularly its leadership development programme, and will include the development and implementation of training.
