Lucy Calver, formerly HR director at Welcome Financial Services, has joined specialist lender Cattles as group HR director. Calver, who will sit on Cattles’ executive committee, will be responsible for implementing a group-wise approach to HR strategy, with an emphasis on maximising her colleagues’ career potential.

Groupama Insurances has promoted Mark Dickinson to HR business partner, with a specific remit to ensure the alignment of business and people strategies. Dickinson joined Groupama in 2005, as HR adviser, before being promoted to corporate HR team leader.
Michael Doolin has joined PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Ireland, as HR director, a post which he most recently held at Geopost UK, a subsidiary of the French postal company, La Poste. Doolin’s remit will include ensuring PwC continues to offer its staff career challenges.
