On the move: Paul Cann, Wendy Dean and Helen Taylor

Groupama Insurances has appointed Paul Cann as HR director. Cann joins the company from ING Bank and will lead the development and implementation of Groupama’s people strategies.

Wendy Dean has joined Steelite International as head of HR. She was previously HR director at FedEx UK. She will be responsible for helping facilitate change and developing an HR strategy which will complement Steelite’s business requirements.

Helen Taylor has been promoted to HR director at the Co-operative Financial Services (CFS), as part of a restructuring of the executive team. Taylor joined CFS in January 2007 as director of HR services. She will be responsible for organisation development, business partnering, resourcing, talent management, learning, HR services and employee engagement.
