White goods manufacturer Indesit UK has appointed Sarah Coochey HR director. She was previously with Rolls Royce, as HR business partner. Coochey’s focus over the first year will include communication and engagement activities aimed at retaining key talent.

Facilities management services provider Sodexo has appointed Susie Thompson head of HR for healthcare, a newly created role. Thompson, previously a regional HR manager for Sodexo Healthcare in the South, has also worked in HR for the company’s education division, and will focus on employee development, talent and engagement.
