How long?
The course is normally taught over nine months in small informal group meetings. Six hours are taught each week for 30 weeks
Entry qualifications
Applicants should normally be graduates or hold an equivalent professional qualification. People without these qualifications who have appropriate experience, are also encouraged to apply.
Modules
The programme comprises of six compulsory modules including: personal development, task of management, managing people, managing service – marketing and customer satisfaction, managing finance and knowledge, and managing change.

Career opportunities
The course is designed for relatively new or aspiring managers who want a grounding in management skills. It is particularly suited to graduates who require management rather than academic competencies, and people whose experience outweighs their academic qualifications. Recent participants have continued their studies at Diploma and MBA level.
