working in the public sector receive less than half the amount of private
healthcare provision offered to private sector employees, according to a
survey.
The
research shows that only 41 per cent of public sector organisations provide
private medical insurance to staff.
However,

options.

research by Simplyhealth found that staff in transportation had the highest
level of healthcare (93.7 per cent) followed by retail (91.4 per cent)
manufacturing (90.7 per cent) and telecommunications (90.2 per cent).
