Reed Business Information, publisher of Personnel Today, has announced the closure of Personnel Today magazine after the 29 June issue.
The decision has been made in response to the migration of recruitment and product advertising from the magazine to Personneltoday.com.
“The decision to close was a difficult one,” said RBI chief executive Mark Kelsey. “And I would like to thank everyone who has worked on the print edition over the years for their contribution.”
Launched by RBI 21 years ago, Personnel Today magazine has been a major force in the HR community, and the market-leading Personneltoday.com continues in the same vein. The Personnel Today Awards are unaffected by the closure, and Occupational Health and Employers’ Law magazines will continue to be published monthly.
All magazine readers will be contacted in due course about the closure.
