Savvy HR brings HR expertise to Orgscale

Cambridge serial entrepreneurs Adam Twiss and Bryan Amesbury have engaged HR consultancy; Savvy HR, to provide valuable HR expertise for their new venture, the web based HR information system, Orgscale.

Savvy HR started providing HR support to local businesses in December 2009 with the focus on practical, realistic and clear advice on all aspects of Human Resources.

Kerry Girling, Managing Director of Savvy HR commented “Working with the Orgscale team to develop such a user friendly and effective HR information system is a great opportunity for us. We at Savvy understand the frustration of being provided with advice and solutions, which may be the ‘best practice’ approach, but in reality may not work for all organizations. At Savvy HR we aim for ‘best fit’ for your organisation and work closely with businesses to understand what this means in real terms.”

Bryan Amesbury co-founder of Orgscale commented “”When we set out to build the Orgscale HR application, we wanted to work with a HR partner that not only had deep HR expertise but also had the real world experience of making HR practices work in small to medium sized businesses, Orgscale’s primary market.
