Robert Wiseman Dairies is giving a £100 bonus to all its staff for deliveries during the snow.
The bonuses – costing £400,000 – will be paid to its 3,500 employees for combatting severe weather conditions and making deliveries to keep the nation’s milk flowing, the Guardian has reported.

The reward comes after the dairy company recorded a 10% jump in sales in the week to 9 January when the weather disruption peaked, as a result of people buying in extra supplies.
The staff bonus was “in recognition of the efforts made by our employees in getting milk collected, processed and delivered at this difficult time,” the firm said.
