Specsavers Corporate Eyecare today announces three new appointments to its customer services team. Claire Smith, Lauren Christmas and Daniel Mee are all taking on new roles as customer services advisers.
Paul Askew, customer services and telemarketing manager for Specsavers Corporate Eyecare, says: ‘We are delighted to be able to bring fresh team members into customer services. They will play an important role in ensuring that our corporate clients are receiving the highest possible standards of care.’
With backgrounds in customer service, Claire Smith and Lauren Christmas will be dealing with enquiries directly from corporate clients and also via the Specsavers’ stores. They will be responsible for processing orders and ensuring the smooth running of clients’ accounts.
Daniel Mee will work administering the managed-serviced contracts for large public sector clients. Daniel brings with him a wealth of experience in dealing with corporate customers from his time with DHL. His attention to detail ensures that these contracts run efficiently and hit all key performance indicators (KPIs) without fail.
