Spirit Group opens purpose-built pub training centre

MY GAFF, MY RULES… Budding pub landlords at the Spirit Group can now get the chance to train at a purpose-built facility with its own working cellar, drink dispensers and kitchen.

The new centre will welcome up to 180 ‘student’ pub managers during 2007, helping them on their way to ‘graduation’ with a series of residential courses.
