The organisation behind the Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For list has launched a new workplace accreditation scheme based on the restaurant trade’s Michelin star guide.
The new system Ð where three stars is exceptional, two is excellent and one is very good Ð can be awarded to organisations that demonstrate high levels of employee engagement.
The thinking behind the scheme, from workplace engagement consultancy Best Companies, is to help jobseekers identify good companies to work for. They can look up companies on a list, similar to the way people can check a restaurant’s star rating.
