The UK’s biggest recruitment marketplace, totaljobs.com launched its online consumer satisfaction survey today in an ongoing attempt to further understand the psyche of its jobseekers.
Undertaken by leading independent research specialists Nielsen Online, the survey invites totaljobs’ 2 million unique users to partake in a 10 minute online questionnaire where they assess totaljobs ability to meet their jobseeking needs.
Totaljobs.com is visited by over 2 million unique jobseekers that generate more than 950,000 applications each month making it the most responsive jobseeker audience in the UK.
Totaljobs are leveraging off this captive audience to further understand the jobseeker cycle, their needs, motivations and satisfaction levels in order to better assist the conversion from a totaljobs browser to unique applicant.
Sophie Relf, Head of totaljobs.com Marketing said “Although we have the biggest and most responsive UK recruitment marketplace, we also know the UK’s online careers information and jobseeking community is estimated at between 8.3m and 11.7m; which tells us there’s still an enormous opportunity for totaljobs to increase its market footprint.
“Totaljobs.com commissioned Nielsen Online to conduct this research in order to gain a better understanding of how we can more effectively meet every jobseekers needs; ultimately delivering even higher levels of quality response to our recruiters”, Ms Relf added.
