More
than half of UK managers think working overseas will help their career
prospects, according to research.
The
poll found that 57 per cent of British bosses felt working overseas broadened
horizons and taught people about different cultures.
However,
58 per cent of the 300 managers questioned said they would not be willing to
pay a higher salary, just because an employee was working overseas.

The
survey, by recruitment firm Robert Half, found that 90 per cent of UK managers
are also willing to recruit staff from abroad.
