Unison fights for architectural staff in TUPE dispute

Unison
has lodged unfair dismissal applications with the employment tribunal over the
dismissal of 69 architectural staff.

The
union is seeking more than £1.5m compensation for unfair dismissal and alleged
failure to pay redundancy from private contractors Service Group International
(SGI) and Cheshire County Council.
