Cheshire-based development and training company, Instep UK, has expanded its relationship with United Utilities after securing the contract to support their Graduate Development Programme.
Instep will act as United Utilities sole external delivery partner and will be responsible for delivering a series of workshops during the two-year Graduate Development Programme.
Workshop topics include Self Awareness, Personal Effectiveness, Team Leader Development, Career Planning and Leadership v. Management.
United Utilities Leadership Manager, Julie Newton, said: “Instep has consistently delivered high quality development to our leaders and managers and we have no hesitation in working with Instep to develop our graduates.”

Instep has been designing and delivering Graduate Development programmes for a number of years through a best practice blended learning approach and has recently worked with Northern Foods and Morrisons on their Graduate Development Programmes.
