Julie Baynes has been appointed to the newly created position of Service Director at Europe’s leading pre-employment screening company Verifile.
Julie’s main responsibility in her new position will be to focus on delivering continual operational excellence across all service activities including account management, increasing capacity and using the latest technology to improve efficiency.
“In just x years Verifile has established itself as one of Europe’s leading pre-employment screening companies due to its specialist knowledge of the market which it has combined with an expert knowledge of technology to create a market leading robust internet based verification system.
“In this newly created position I’ll be ensuring that we continue to deliver a “best in class service” by continually monitoring improvements in technology and adopting these to meet our customer needs,” says Julie.
Julie has more than 18 years experience in customer service management, most recently with Times top 100 company Medtronic, one of the world’s leading medical device companies.

We’ve recently signed an exclusive contract with the Chinese government to provide verification of Chinese qualifications and her extensive knowledge of international customer service will help us deliver an exemplary service,” says Verifile’s Managing Director Eyal Ben Cohen.
Julie is an Associate of the Chartered Quality Institute and holds CQI qualifications in Principles & Techniques of Quality Management, Specifications, Standards &Quality Audits and Quality Assurance in Process Industries.
