Members of the FIRM say that capability and training is a hot topic. But what do individuals and teams in talent acquisition want and need to learn in order to remain successful?
The results from this survey will enable the FIRM to provide members with a clear view of how much of a focus their peers are really placing on training and capability, and which topics are highest on the agenda.
Emma Mirrington, founder of the FIRM, said: “Our hope is that the report will also provide a valuable insight into where the strengths and weaknesses might be and whether there is a trend in what talent acquisition professionals need to brush up on.”
