XpertHR launches Liveflo – a compliance workflow tool for employers

by Laura Chamberlain 4 Nov 2010
by Laura Chamberlain 4 Nov 2010

HR information service provider XpertHR has launched a new online tool – Liveflo – to help companies comply with legislation when handling staff issues.

Liveflo guides employers through a flowchart with legal advice at each step, along with model policies, letters, forms and contract clauses.

XpertHR has introduced Liveflo to help companies of all sizes deal with employee issues easily and effectively so they can avoid costly mistakes and reduce the risk of employment tribunal claims.

The flowcharts take users through example procedures step-by-step to ensure that they fully comply with employment law. They cover areas such as maternity pay, redundancy, statutory retirement and misconduct.

Employers can also save steps on the flowchart that they have found useful to return to them at later date.

David Shepherd, XpertHR group editor, said: “Liveflo has really been a joint enterprise between the XpertHR team and our customers, many of whom have helped us with the development of the system by taking part in our research programme and usability tests on the prototype and beta versions.

“Their help and support have been invaluable – and now it is time for them, and all our users, to reap the benefits.”
