Compliments Card retail portfolio expands to include Pizza Express and New Look

Renowned food outlet Pizza Express and popular fashion chain New Look have just joined Capital Incentives & Motivation’s Compliments Card retail network, further expanding the group to more than 130 high street and online outlets.

The Compliments Card, a highly flexible incentive gift card that enables employers to make incentive payments to employees or third parties, is one of Capital’s most successful incentive and motivation products. Giving recipients choice in where and how to spend their rewards, the Compliments Card is spent the same way as a debit card and is accepted in stores including Debenhams, House of Fraser, HMV, and now Pizza Express and New Look.

Employers can choose from two Compliments Card options – the disposable Compliments Card, which is ideal for making once-off award payments such as Christmas bonuses; and re-loadable Compliments Card, which is more suited to ongoing incentive schemes. The re-loadable card can be fully personalised with the name of the winner and branded with the company’s corporate identity.

“The Compliments Card retailer network is constantly growing so end-users have more and more choice when it comes to where and how to spend their rewards,” said Derrick Hardman, Managing Director, Capital Incentives & Motivation.

“Our clients, especially those who employ young people, want to see more retailers like New Look and Pizza Express in the Compliments portfolio. The presence of both these leading UK outlets in the network further enhances the appeal of the Compliments Card for incentive schemes.”
