Kenexa flying high with latest client acquisition – LSG Sky Chefs

by Personnel Today 27 Oct 2009
by Personnel Today 27 Oct 2009

Kenexa, a global provider of business solutions for human resources, today announced that LSG Sky Chefs, the world’s largest provider of in-flight services, has selected Kenexa’s recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) solution to help reduce its cost of talent acquisition and improve its overall candidate hiring process.

“With more than 30,000 people at 200 customer service centres in 49 countries, we needed a proven solution that could centralise our recruiting function while still providing a human touch for prospective employees,” stated Meredith Guy, director of procurement for LSG Sky Chefs. “The flexibility to combine on-site and back-office resources as well as address our multiple languages needs made Kenexa’s RPO solution the most attractive for us.”

The partnership will give LSG Sky Chefs access to Kenexa’s powerful combination of science, technology and business process. Using innovative networking techniques, Web 2.0 technology and an extensive understanding of applied human sciences, Kenexa will deliver qualified candidates to LSG Sky Chefs’ hiring managers throughout the world.

Phil Stewart, global practice leader for RPO, commented, “There’s a reason why we have been recognised as one of the top RPO vendors internationally – Kenexa delivers on the promise of not just filling jobs, but finding the best candidates for each of our clients’ positions. For LSG Sky Chefs, we will help them place a greater emphasis on strategic HR initiatives that ultimately will reduce turnover and increase productivity throughout the company.”
