Premier Partnership to add new ILM Level 2 Qualifications developed with COGENT

The Institute of Leardership and Management (ILM) has invited accredited ILM centre Premier Partnership to deliver level 2 qualifications which have been developed with COGENT – the sector skills council for chemicals, pharmaceuticals, nuclear, oil and gas, petroleum and polymers.

These new qualifications will be embedded within the COGENT Gold Standard national framework for competency and professional development for staff across this sector.

The qualification titles are:



  • ILM level 2 award in Personal Development

  • ILM level 2 award in Customer Awareness

  • ILM level 2 Award in Enterprise Awareness

  • ILM level 2 Certificate in Team Leading

Whilst these qualifications have been developed by the ILM in partnership with COGENT they are written generically and can alsos be delivered to elarners in all sectors

Premier Partnership recently secured European Social Fund (ESF) funding that enabled the organisation to offer 100% funding for Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) level 2 training to Surrey County Council. This has lead to a training programme which is currently being delivered. For more information about this click here Surrey County Council Information

Subject to a short approval process we are also able to provide training using  ESF funding throughout Surrey and Hampshire. This means 100% funding is available to local government and business’s alike.

ILM accredited training is for Team Leaders/co-ordinators/Managers working in formal teams or groups. The qualifications are equally suitable for members of self managed teams. These practical programmes can generate significant payback for the employer in terms of cost savings and quality improvements in the workplace.
