The Voucher Shop launches ‘Maintaining Momentum’

The Voucher Shop, one of the UK’s leading providers of vouchers to the incentives and flexible benefit markets, has launched ‘Maintaining Momentum,’ a marketing communications support package for users of its flexible benefits scheme Spree-flex.

‘Maintaining Momentum’ has been created to assist clients in the launch and ongoing communication of a Spree-flex scheme to employees in order to encourage increased participation and take-up during these challenging times when the morale and engagement of staff needs to be consistently boosted  and companies are looking to drive staff loyalty and retention and improve motivation.

Among the suggestions included in the package are ideas for e-shots, banners, flyers, posters and roadshows as well as prize draws to encourage registration and a pocket size laminated reference card showing the savings available from each of the retail partners.

Kuljit Kaur, Head of Business Development at The Voucher Shop said, “Take-up of Spree-flex depends very much on how the company markets the benefit to their employees and the steps they take to keep the scheme fresh and alive, for example, with the introduction of new retailers or passing on special offers and promotions that the retailers are offering.  Communicating with employees using these simple, quick and cost-effective techniques can have a significant impact on the level of participation in the scheme.”

Spree-flex is a Prepaid MasterCard® which gives employees the opportunity, via a salary deduction scheme, to load funds on to their card and reap the benefits of significant savings when shopping at The Voucher Shop’s extensive range of retail partners.
