Hays to implement TalentTracker

by Personnel Today 2 Oct 2007
by Personnel Today 2 Oct 2007

Hays Contact Centres is the UK’s leading recruitment consultancy specialising in Contact Centres jobs. With a national network of offices, Hays specialist consultants are in regular communication with more contact centre employers than any other specialist recruitment consultancy.

HCC required an online recruitment solution to handle their speculative applications across the UK. They have chosen leading online recruitment software TalentTracker from Logical Innovations after seeing its success in other areas of the business.

HCC has chosen to implement TalentTracker Enterprise, the top of the range system which is designed specifically for high volume applications. The system is proven in a call centre environment and can process thousands of applications every week.

Logical Innovations have been supplying TalentTracker software to HCC and other areas of the business for a number of years. With a tailored approach, each system is built to meet their exact requirements.

The system will handle HCC’s online application process through to screening and selection of candidates. This includes a structured telephone screener to effectively screen candidates against the specific job role requirements.

The TalentTracker® secure back office is simple and intuitive to use yet rich in functionality to control every aspect of the recruitment process, in real time.

Paul Marriott, Managing Director of Hays Contact Centres explained: “We have seen the benefits of TalentTracker® first hand having implemented the system many times for our clients. Candidates can now quickly search our careers portal for vacancies whilst every application will be thoroughly screened to identify top talent quickly and effectively. TalentTracker® was the obvious choice for us – it is simple and intuitive to use allowing our recruiters to be up and running fast.”

Logical Innovations Managing Director, David Buchanan commented:

“We have been working closely with Hays Contact Centres for a number of years and are delighted to be building on the relationship we have with them. Not only have H.C.C. continued to use TalentTracker over the years, we are providing a tailored system for an additional area of the business. This is a testament to the capability and success of our software.”
