EuroDebt Financial Services has appointed a new HR manager. Linda Smith will develop the company’s compliance processes in line with new employment law and health and safety requirements, as well as support EuroDebt’s business growth programme.

Gillian Alford, the BBC’s head of employee relations and policy for the past nine years, has joined Royal Mail as head of industrial relations for the letters business.
