On the move: Hilary Wright, Ian Westall and Raj Ray

IT supplier Aveva has appointed Hilary Wright as head of group HR. Wright will lead Aveva’s regional HR teams, implementing HR best practice on an international and local level. She will be based at the UK headquarters in Cambridge.

Ian Westall has become director of HR at TheTrainline website company. Westall was promoted from director of customer service to the newly created role. He will focus on building and managing the TheTrainline’s HR infrastructure, reporting to chief executive Alan Tomlin.

Raj Ray has been appointed director of diversity and inclusion at Lehman Brothers investment bank. Ray was previously head of European Equities Legal at the bank, and takes over from Fleur Bothwick.
