On the move: Ruth Gawthorpe, Adam Lewis and Jane Wright

Sitel UK, an outsourcing company, has appointed Ruth Gawthorpe as HR director. She will take responsibility for HR and training across the whole of the UK business and develop the HR functions into a shared service model.

Adam Lewis has been promoted from executive head of HR to HR director at The Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre. He joined the centre seven months ago after working in a range of HR roles across the Civil Service.
