The guidance is being aimed at employers and is designed to make it easier for managers to decide whether or not workers need health surveillance and, if so, how to go about it and act on the results.
It covers areas such as what health surveillance is, how to gauge whether it would be valuable or needed for your workplace, setting up and designing a health surveillance programme, record-keeping and so on.
