Meeting Magic forms strategic alliance with Coach in a Box.

by Personnel Today 9 Jun 2010

Meeting facilitation company, Meeting Magic, has formed a strategic alliance with Coach in a Box.

Meeting Magic is known for its seven step method to successful meeting design.  However, some individuals can lack the confidence to execute the meeting design they work hard to prepare.  This is the point where executive coaching company, Coach in a Box, will introduce their skills.  Coach in a Box will supplement the Meeting Magic Method by providing behavioural and attitudinal coaching to help tackle individual concerns.

The new offering from Meeting Magic and Coach in a Box consists of five modules.  Each module will be offered to individuals virtually.

Katherine Woods, founder of Meeting Magic explains, “as well as facilitating face to face meetings and conferences, we offer a one-to-one virtual service for individuals who need help to design an effective meeting.  By collaborating with Coach in a Box, these people will be given support to build the skills they need to execute their meeting design brilliantly.”

Typical areas Coach in a Box can help with are;

  • being at best and most resourceful when under pressure

  • increasing presence and influence

  • handling tricky relationships

  • managing anxiety

  • engaging and inspiring others.

The two companies have 16 years of shared experience of working with large global organisations.  From new managers through to business leaders, Meeting Magic and Coach in a Box work with clients across the private, public and third sectors.  Both companies share a passion for innovation.  In each of their respective fields, they use leading edge, creative methods to deliver their services.
