On the move: Jackie Lanham, Tim Boylin and Cathy McNulty

Jackie Lanham has become the director of learning and development at Norwich Union. She was previously director of HR services at the insurance company.

EDF Energy has recruited Tim Boylin as its new HR director. He will be responsible for operational and strategic HR functions, including the company’s final salary pension scheme. Boylin joins the company from Thames Water, where he was also HR director.

IT company HP has appointed Cathy McNulty as vice-president, HR for Europe, Middle East and Africa. She joins from software and services company Misys, where she was HR director.
