Bolton based training provider Alliance Learning have received funding for their Team Leading courses which provide free management training courses to the value of £725 (subject to a £50 administration fee) for all local businesses.
Alliance Learning hopes to ensure that diverse workplace challenges and issues can be dealt with in the most productive way by improving the caliber of our business professionals.
With many businesses now looking at direct correlations between management proficiency and commercial success it has never been a better time to take advantage of such an attractive offer.
Alliance Learning’s Team Leading course has been introduced for those who require a broad base knowledge of management techniques at ILM Level 2 with an option to progress onto the ILM Level 3 Qualification.
The course aim is to give practicing or potential team and cell leaders the foundation for their formal development of their role assisting participants in gaining the comprehensive knowledge required to be a modern and progressive team leader.

The free course is run 1 day per week over 13 weeks and Alliance Learning are offering this opportunity on a first come first served basis with initial courses beginning on the 4th August.
